About the Role:
As a Continuing Care Team (CCT) Clinician, you will provide specialist, evidence-informed mental health care to young people aged 12–25 years experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, a first episode of psychosis. You will deliver intensive case management, psychological interventions, and recovery-focused support to young people and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, promote continuity of care across community and inpatient settings, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and positive recovery outcomes.
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in assessing and supporting young people experiencing first episode psychosis, acute mental health presentations, and crisis situations.
Advanced clinical skills in delivering evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside comprehensive assessment, psychoeducation, and recovery-focused care.
Proven ability to build effective relationships with young people, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to deliver collaborative, person-centred care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands, and maintain confidentiality.
Sound knowledge of early psychosis intervention, the Australian mental health system, relevant legislation, and accreditation standards.
A flexible, proactive approach with a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and contributing positively within a dynamic team environment.

Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training (or willing to obtain)
