We are looking for an energetic and reliable Supervisor to join our team at Chipmunks St Marys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and has a passion for customer service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the playland and café
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Manage and support staff during busy periods
- Assist with café operations including coffee making (barista duties) and basic food preparation
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and bookings professionally
- Support birthday parties and event coordination
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Key Requirements:
- Barista knowledge is a must (coffee preparation, milk texturing, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or hospitality role (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen areas
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
