At Mörk, we make chocolate from bean to bar at our production facility in North Melbourne. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Casual Chocolatier / Production Assistant to support our team creating the world-class chocolate products our customers enjoy every day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with quality products, takes pride in consistency and is happy to roll up their sleeves as part of a small, passionate team.
What you'll be doing
- Moulding and finishing chocolate products
- Producing chocolate morsels and supporting day-to-day production
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Assisting with chocolate production based on your skills and experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace
- Working collaboratively to keep the production team running smoothly
About you
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working with chocolate, pastry or food production
- Great attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well as part of a small team
Chocolate experience is highly regarded. If you've worked with chocolate before, there will be opportunities to take on more specialised production as your experience grows.
What we offer
- Casual position with regular ongoing shifts
- Approximately 15–30 hours per week, depending on production requirements
- Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work
