Cricket Star Academy is part of Sport Star Academy (SSA), a leading provider of sporting programs in schools across Australia, providing weekly skill based sports programs for more than one million Australian children and counting.
With all coaching equipment, class curriculum and uniforms provided, Cricket Star Academy is looking to hire casual coaching staff across Epping, Wollert, Craigieburn, Kalkallo & Donnybrook area for its junior cricket programs.
Working with children between the ages of 5-15 years to help teach and develop their cricket skills while providing a fun environment.
Requirements include:
- Working with players aged 5-14 at all levels.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Previous coaching is experience.
- Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for Australia.
- Drivers licences & own transport (essential for the job).
- National Police / Criminal History Check
Key Selection Criteria:
The right candidate will:
- Have coaching experience (at youth level preferred)
- Be passionate about cricket
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have the ability to create a fun and high energy environment for children
- Be able to work independently & is self motivated
Desirable Criteria:
- First Aid Certificate
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Sports Management / Business Degree
- Relevant Coaching Accreditation
- Physical Education Degree
