We are seeking a qualified Registered Social Worker to provide mentoring and professional support to a participant who is building experience and confidence in the social work field.
This role is focused on guidance, knowledge sharing, and workplace exposure to help the participant develop industry understanding and practical skills.
The successful candidate will support the participant through professional mentoring, discussions around social work practice, and workplace shadowing opportunities (where appropriate and with consent). The role will involve collaboration with the Support Coordinator to ensure a positive and person-centred approach.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing professional mentoring and guidance

- Allowing workplace shadowing opportunities where suitable
- Collaborating with the Support Coordinator
About You:
- Registered Social Worker (required)
- Female preferred
- Professional, supportive, and approachable
- Comfortable mentoring and guiding someone entering the profession
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain professional boundaries
Schedule:
- 2 days per week
- 4 hours per day
- Ongoing support

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.26 per year
