REQ Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified and motivated HVACR Technician to join our growing team. We are a South Australian owned company specialising in residential l air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation solutions, with a strong focus on customer service, workmanship, and team culture.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position working across installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of HVACR systems throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and wider South Australia as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems
- Install electrical components and wiring
- Inspect and test HVACR systems and components
- Discuss system malfunctions and solutions with customers
- Repair or replace worn or defective parts
- Recommend maintenance and upgrades to improve system performance
- Complete job records, service reports, and documentation accurately
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Relevant electrical licences/certifications (where applicable)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in residential and/or commercial HVACR systems preferred
Pay: $76,515.00 – $85,000.00 per year
