About the Role
You will provide routine and once‑off residential cleaning services, including:
- General home cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting)
- Deep cleans and end‑of‑lease cleans following a detailed checklist within a set timeframe
- Organisation and tidying tasks
- Optional add‑ons such as oven cleaning, window cleaning, or vent cleaning
This role suits someone who:
- Is already self‑employed or willing to become a self‑employed contractor
- Wants flexible work, including school‑hours availability
- Enjoys working at a steady, consistent pace
- Values ongoing clients and stable weekly income
Requirements
To deliver safe, high‑quality services, you must have or be willing to obtain:
- ABN (if not already self‑employed)
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Public Liability Insurance
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Personal attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Able to follow structured checklists and meet time expectations
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients
- Able to work around cats and dogs and people in the home
- Confident dealing with people from diverse backgrounds
- Willing to work hard and maintain a consistent pace throughout the day
