About Revive Nails & Beauty
Revive Nails & Beauty is a growing independent beauty business specialising in nail and beauty services.
We’re looking for a creative social-media-savvy Social Media & Marketing assistant to help grow and manage our presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, beauty, content creation, and keeping up with current trends, and wants a flexible role where they can take ownership of the creative side of social media.
About the role
Working closely with the owner, you will help plan, create and manage Revive’s social media content.
The role is primarily remote, with the owner providing photos, videos and raw footage from the salon. You will be responsible for turning that content into engaging, polished and on-brand social media.
Key responsibilities
- Edit reels and TikTok’s from supplied raw footage
- Create Instagram and Facebook posts and carousels using Canva
- Write engaging captions and calls to action
- Plan weekly social media content
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Create instagram stories
- Repurpose existing content across different platforms
- Research current social media trends and relevant content ideas
- Help promote services, availability, model calls and approved promotions
- Monitor basic engagement and social media analytics
- Assist with basic community engagement and straightforward social media enquiries
What you won’t need to do
You won’t be required to film content.
The owner will provide the raw photos and video footage from the salon, allowing you to focus on editing, content creation, planning and managing the social media accounts.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and has a strong eye for aesthetics
- Confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Comfortable creating content in canva
- Comfortable editing short-form video
- Up to date with current social media trends
- Organised and reliable
- Able to manage their time and work independently
- Proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the business
- Interested in beauty, nails, fashion or lifestyle content.
Previous experience in social media, content creation or marketing is highly regarded.
Formal marketing qualifications are not essential.
The role includes one paid 1-hour meeting each week, you must be available at the same time every week for this meeting. The exact day and time will be agreed together. The remaining hours can be worked independently from home.
