About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented experienced Graduate to join our Education team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful education projects within a collaborative, design-led studio environment.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to design development, detailed design and documentation across all project stages, including site visits and resolving on-site issues
- Prepare architectural documentation, renderings, presentations and visual material that meet project objectives, quality standards and project milestones
- Provide technical input and recommend practical, well-considered design solutions, applying knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, codes and regulations,
- Work closely with senior team members, clients, consultants, contractors and technical specialists to support smooth project delivery
- Assist with quality control and ensure all project documentation aligns with Architectus standards, processes and filing protocols
- Support and guide junior team members with technical advice and collaborative input as required
About You
You are a capable, motivated and experienced Graduate who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking to continue developing your design and technical capability within the Education sector.
You’ll bring:
- Industry experience (minimum 3 years post-graduation in a similar architectural/design role), ideally with experience in Education projects
- Australian architectural registration, or eligibility/willingness to work toward registration
- Strong design thinking paired with well-developed technical, documentation and construction knowledge (including Australian codes, materials and methods)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage delegated tasks and deadlines with limited supervision
- A collaborative mindset, ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams, and commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing positively to studio culture
