We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to play an important role in a patient's recovery journey.
This is much more than a typical reception role.
You will often be the first person a patient speaks to when they are injured, frustrated, worried, or unsure where to turn.
Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and make people feel supported can have a significant impact on their experience and recovery.

No previous physiotherapy experience is required.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients both in person and over the phone
- Book and manage appointments using Cliniko
- Follow up enquiries and assist prospective patients
- Respond to emails and online enquiries
- Process payments and manage front desk operations
- Work closely with physiotherapists to ensure patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey
- Help create a positive and caring environment for every patient
