Support Worker Required – Northern & Western Suburbs (Melbourne)

Dynamic Disability Support Services Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate, reliable and proactive Female Support Worker to provide individualised support to an NDIS participant living in Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs.
This is an ongoing casual opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive difference in the life of another person.
About You
Our participant is looking for a support worker who is:
- Female - With maturity, life experience and energetic
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Friendly, energetic, patient and dependable
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experienced in supporting people with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities and psychosocial or mental health conditions
- Passionate about delivering person-centred support and promoting independence
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Victorian Driver Licence (full licence with no restrictions)
- Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation
