Physiotherapist – Performance RehabilitationEvo Health | Cabramatta & Canley HeightsHelp Shape the Future of Physiotherapy at Evo Health
Evo Health is expanding into a modern, performance-focused physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our growing team.
If you're ready to move beyond a traditional model focused primarily on passive treatment, this role provides the opportunity to deliver active, evidence-based rehabilitation that helps clients move better, perform better, and achieve sustainable outcomes.
At Evo Health, we believe physiotherapy is about more than short-term symptom relief. Our approach combines hands-on treatment where appropriate with exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, movement retraining, education, and performance-based rehabilitation to help clients achieve meaningful long-term results.
If you have an interest in Clinical Pilates or movement-based rehabilitation, you'll have the opportunity to incorporate these approaches into your clinical practice, with access to DMA Clinical Reformer equipment and matwork programs. Pilates experience is highly regarded but is not essential.
You'll also receive individualised one-on-one mentoring from our Lead Physiotherapist, supporting your development in clinical reasoning, rehabilitation planning, and advanced treatment skills.
Why Join Evo Health?
We're redefining what modern physiotherapy can look like.
Rather than relying solely on passive treatment, we focus on movement, education, exercise, rehabilitation, and performance to empower clients to take an active role in their recovery.
Whether you're looking to move beyond the traditional private practice model or expand your rehabilitation and performance skillset, Evo Health offers an environment where you can develop as a clinician while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
You'll gain exposure to:
- Private musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Performance-based rehabilitation
- Sports injury assessment and management
- Strength and conditioning principles
- Exercise prescription and movement retraining
- Clinical Pilates
- WorkCover and CTP
- NDIS participants
- Community and home-based rehabilitation
Competitive Salary & Performance Incentives
We offer a competitive salary package with performance incentives and commission opportunities, recognising your contribution, clinical development, and professional growth.
Flexible Working Arrangements
Choose to work 2–5 days per week, with a varied caseload across clinic consultations, rehabilitation sessions, and community-based appointments.
About the Role
As part of our physiotherapy team, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy using manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and active rehabilitation

- Provide community and home-based physiotherapy where required
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care
