About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Brand Specialist to lead the growth and marketing of the Byryzn portfolio, including Opuluxe V and Opuluxe E, across Australia. Based in our Sydney office, this role is responsible for driving sales growth and executing the marketing strategy for the Byryzn portfolio (Opuluxe V & Opuluxe E) across Australia.
The Brand Specialist will proactively engage with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals through outbound phone calls, virtual meetings and digital channels to generate new business, convert sales opportunities and grow existing accounts. In addition, the role will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and social media activities, coordinate customer education and training events, and work closely with the field-based Account Managers to maximise customer engagement and commercial performance. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Director, Clinical Training Team and Sales Team, the successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales, increase brand awareness and support the ongoing success of the Byryzn portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact new and existing aesthetic clinics via phone, email, and virtual meetings to sell Byryzn Opuluxe V and Byryzn Opuluxe E.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and application of Byryzn Opuluxe V and Byryzn Opuluxe E.
- Manage the full inside sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, product education, quoting, and order processing.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and maintain a regular call cadence to maximise account potential.
- Track and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to call activity, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Identify customer interest in complementary products including Letybo (botulinum toxin) and Croma dermal fillers.
- Coordinate, organise and manage Byryzn training events, webinars, workshops and educational programs in collaboration with the Clinical Training team.
- Work closely with KOLs, trainers and Account Managers to ensure successful execution and follow-up of all Byryzn educational initiatives.
- Lead the marketing of the Byryzn portfolio across digital channels, social media, customer communications and local brand campaigns.
- Support the development and execution of the local Byryzn brand strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and global direction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback.
Key Skills & Experience
- Clinical or dermal science background
- Experience selling cosmetic or clinical products in clinic or over the phone or through virtual channels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to educate and close over the phone.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage a national customer base.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Attributes
- 2+ years in inside sales, customer success, or telesales – ideally in pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, medical devices, or skincare.
- Knowledge of the aesthetics industry, particularly injectables or topical skincare.
- Experience coordinating with field sales teams in a hybrid selling model.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.
Base Salary Range (AUD, per annum):
$90,000 - $100,000 base salary
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Commission/Bonus: $10,000 – $30,000
Total Remuneration (Base + OTE):
$90,000 – $130,000 OTE, depending on experience, performance, and company commission structures.
