Senior Barber – Full Time / Part Time
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Barber to join our growing team.
Our shop is built around quality cuts, good energy, strong culture, and creating an environment clients actually enjoy being in. We’re after someone who takes pride in their craft, works well in a team, and wants to help elevate the standard of the shop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality haircuts, fades, beard work, and styling services
- Providing strong customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Maintaining professional standards and cleanliness throughout the shop
- Assisting junior barbers with guidance and support when needed
- Contributing to shop culture and team environment
- Managing bookings and keeping to schedule
- Recommending grooming products where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years barbering experience
- Strong fading, scissor work, and beard shaping skills
- Confident in working with different hair types and styles
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first attitude with leadership qualities
- Existing clientele is a bonus but not essential
