Beyondstone WA is looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Stonemason to join our team in Osborne Park.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialised trade while working alongside experienced stonemasons on high-quality residential and commercial projects across Perth and Western Australia.
As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training in stone fabrication and installation while completing a Certificate III in Stonemasonry. You'll gain experience working with natural and engineered stone products, modern fabrication equipment and CNC machinery, developing valuable skills that can lead to a long-term career in the industry.

About the Apprenticeship
This full-time apprenticeship offers a pathway to complete a Certificate III in Stonemasonry through a combination of on-the-job training and TAFE study.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will learn to:
- Measure, mark out and prepare stone materials for fabrication
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
- Cut, shape, polish and finish stone products
- Operate workshop equipment, saws and CNC machinery
- Apply adhesives, sealants and finishing products
- Assist with the fabrication and installation of stone benchtops and other stone surfaces
- Safely load, unload and move stone materials
- Maintain tools, equipment and workshop areas
- Follow workplace safety procedures, SWMS and PPE requirements
- Develop advanced fabrication and finishing skills
As your experience grows, you'll take on increasing responsibility and work towards becoming a qualified tradesperson capable of independently producing and installing high-quality stone products.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Works well in a team environment
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
Desirable but not essential
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Experience in construction, labouring, landscaping, tiling, cabinetmaking, carpentry, manufacturing or similar industries
- Basic measuring and mathematical skills
No prior stonemasonry experience is required. We're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
