iCOMMUNITY Australia is experiencing substantial growth and as a result we are looking for a reliable, grounded, and energetic Female Support Workers to deliver Social and Community Participation supports for participants with a psychosocial focus.
This role is best suited to someone living in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
About the role
- Community-based support role
- Shifts are generally 3–4 hours minimum
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with potential for more
You will be:
- Supporting participants to access the community
- Assisting with social, recreational, and routine-based activities
- Transporting participants safely
- Building professional rapport and maintaining clear boundaries
- Completing progress notes and documentation in line with NDIS expectations
Essential requirements
- Full unrestricted driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Able to commit to minimum 3-hour shifts
- Available to work towards 15-20 hours per week
- Experience in disability, mental health, or community services is highly regarded
This role is not suitable if you:
- do not hold an unrestricted licence
- are not comfortable working in the community
- are not reliable with time, documentation, and accountability
