About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our organisation.
This position is responsible for developing referral pathways, building strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and identifying opportunities to expand our services across the disability and aged care sectors.
Key DutiesGrowth and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities.
- Develop initiatives to increase service uptake across ACS programs.
- Support the achievement of growth and revenue targets.
- Promote ACS services to key stakeholders and industry partners.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators, hospitals, community groups, and aged care organisations.
- Attend networking events, expos, meetings, and community activities.
- Act as a professional ambassador for ACS.
Marketing and Brand Promotion
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Assist with promotional content, newsletters, social media, and information resources.
- Enhance awareness of the ACS brand and services.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with operational teams to support participant intake and service growth.
- Monitor referral trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in business development, partnership management, sales, or stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of the NDIS, CHSP, aged care, or community services sector.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW.
Highly Regarded
- Existing industry networks within disability, health, or aged care sectors.
- Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
