- Assist the team as much as possible
The onboarding process introduces you to Real Estate Industry with property knowledge and sales training.
The sales associate role is a rewarding career path but requires great determination. Prepare to spend your time focussed on understanding the key needs of people, sales knowledge, practicing with the team and on your own. This role requires continuous learning and practice to perform well.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Complete your Real Estate Certificate prior to your start date
- Have full availability on Saturdays and after normal work hours on Weekdays
- Have a clean, presentable car
