Care and Love Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker in Adelaide to support a 14-year-old participant with autism.
Support includes:
Community access and social support
Personal care assistance
Behaviour understanding and emotional support
Supporting daily routines and engagement activities
We are seeking someone who:
Has experience supporting children/teenagers with autism
Is patient, compassionate, and understanding
Has strong communication and behaviour support skills
Holds relevant disability support qualifications and clearances
Experience working with participants with complex needs and autism will be highly regarded.
Applicants must have:
100 Points of ID (Passport / Citizenship / Visa)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
NDIS Induction Module Certificate
Valid Driving Licence
Relevant Qualifications and Experience in Disability Support
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Comprehensive Car Insurance & Vehicle Registration
Evidence of COVID-19 Training Completion
