Oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient departmental coordination, and achievement of operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations.
- Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
- Monitor budgets, revenue, and operating costs.
- Develop staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to maximize occupancy.
- Prepare operational reports and implement service improvements.
Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
