Senior Exercise Physiologist
Lead, mentor and grow Australia’s largest leisure-managed Exercise Physiology program.
About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist ready to blend clinical delivery and leadership? Belgravia Leisure is seeking a driven Senior Exercise Physiologist to establish, build and expand our Exercise Physiology services - coordinating, mentoring and developing a dispersed team of clinicians across our local venues.
This is more than a clinical role. It is an opportunity to help shape a national movement that is transforming how health and wellbeing services are delivered in local communities - and to help drive Partners in Health to continue to be the largest leisure-managed Exercise Physiology program in Australia.

What You’ll Do
-
Clinical Excellence & Outcomes
-
Deliver Exercise Physiology professional services that create the outcomes desired by clients.
-
Facilitate evidence-based practice, leading to output and outcome data capture and reporting.
Contribute to regular reporting on performance, progress, outcomes and impact.
Program Leadership & Growth
-
Establish, build and expand Exercise Physiology programs and Allied Health services across local venues through coordination, mentoring and leadership.

Help drive the Partners in Health program to become the largest leisure-managed Allied Health program in Australia.

Plan, contribute to and organise Allied Health programs - including service delivery, workshops, seminars, events and training.

Lead the implementation of national Allied Health initiatives as required.

Work independently within an organisational plan, making sound business decisions and implementing change.
Team Development & Mentoring

Coordinate, mentor and develop Exercise Physiologists and other Allied
-
Health operating across local venues, building and leading a dispersed team.

Foster a positive, enjoyable and high-performing team environment, modelling Belgravia’s values and behaviours.
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to share updates, roll out initiatives and maintain strong relationships.

Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement, empowering clients to take charge of their health.
What You’ll Bring
-
Essential - Qualifications & Compliance
-
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status.
-
Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
-
Current CPR Certificate.
-
Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
-
National Police Check.
-
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Preferred - Skills & Experience

Leadership experience within a health and wellbeing (or similar) structure.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead a dispersed team.

Strong collaboration, engagement and interpersonal skills.

Strong clinical reasoning and a genuine passion for person-centred care.

A proactive, flexible and empowering approach, with a commitment to ongoing personal development.
