The Hydrojetting Incharge is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing hydrojetting activities at industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, power plants, and construction sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality cleaning operations using high-pressure water jetting equipment while maintaining compliance with client requirements and safety standards.

Plan and supervise daily hydrojetting activities as per project requirements.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for smooth execution of work.

Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of hydrojetting units and accessories.

Monitor work progress and productivity to achieve project targets.

Review job scope and prepare work schedules accordingly.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and client safety requirements.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments before work commencement.

Verify work permits, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and emergency response procedures.

Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of high-pressure equipment.

Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Supervise hydrojetting operators, technicians, and helpers.

Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance.

Provide training and guidance on hydrojetting techniques and safety practices.

Maintain discipline and ensure teamwork among crew members.

Inspect hydrojetting pumps, hoses, guns, nozzles, and related equipment.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain equipment inspection records and certifications.

Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables.

Ensure hydrojetting work is completed according to client specifications and quality standards.

Conduct inspections before, during, and after cleaning activities.

Prepare job completion reports and submit project documentation.

Liaise with clients, site representatives, and project teams regarding work execution.

Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

High School qualification with relevant hydrojetting experience may be considered.

Min. 8 years of experience in industrial cleaning or hydrojetting operations.

Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, or shutdown/turnaround projects preferred.
