Exterior Cleaning Technician (Experienced) — Roof, Pressure & Exterior Cleaning

Coastal Cleans is a fast-growing exterior cleaning business servicing the Central Coast and Newcastle. We specialise in roof cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning for residential and commercial sites.
We're looking for an experienced, reliable technician who is confident working at heights and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is not an entry-level role - we're after someone who already understands working on roofs and in physically demanding trade environments.
About the role
You'll be working across a variety of exterior cleaning jobs, primarily on roofs and elevated surfaces. From soft washing roofs to pressure cleaning driveways and completing full exterior cleans, no two days are the same. You'll also be representing our brand on-site, so professionalism and communication matter.
What you'll be doing
- Pressure washing driveways, paths, and external surfaces
- Soft washing roofs and building exteriors
- Gutter cleaning from ladders and rooftops
- Window and solar panel cleaning
- Safely setting up, operating, and packing down equipment
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients on-site
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in trades involving roof work (roofing, painting, maintenance, cleaning etc.)
- Confident and competent working at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - able to represent the business professionally
- Team-oriented mindset - works well with others and contributes to a positive culture
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain)
Highly regarded
- Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning
- White Card and First Aid
- Experience with soft wash systems and chemicals
- Trailer/towing experience
What we offer
- $35–$40 per hour (based on experience)
- Consistent full-time casual hours (Monday to Friday)
