You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a high-performing team within Transport for NSW's Post Consent Development Services function, leading the delivery of safe and efficient transport outcomes by coordinating and providing post consent planning advice on development related impacts to the state transport network.
Contribute to approvals, stakeholder engagement, and compliance processes, ensuring outcomes meet legislative requirements and protect the long-term performance, safety, efficiency, and capacity of the transport network.
Assess projects and other significant developments, while applying your technical expertise to provide planning, transport and infrastructure advice that supports sustainable growth across NSW.
Undertake and lead on planning outcomes, broker stakeholder engagement, and build collaborative solutions that balance development objectives with the long-term protection and performance of the state's transport network.
You'll work in a complex and high-profile environment, navigate competing priorities, statutory requirements and infrastructure challenges while contributing to projects of significant strategic importance for regional NSW and the state's renewable energy future.

You bring the technical capability to assess transport and infrastructure impacts, combined with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, influence outcomes, and manage competing stakeholder interests to deliver practical and effective solutions.
You are recognised as a collaborative and influential communicator, skilled at negotiating outcomes and translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into practical solutions, experienced in post-consent planning, development coordination, stakeholder engagement and working within complex, multi-agency environments to achieve strong network and community outcomes.
Experience in development assessment, integrated land use and transport planning, or major infrastructure and development projects will be highly regarded.
