Disability Support Worker – Part-Time / Regular Hours
Heartfelt Support is looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
Unlike a fill-in role, this position is expected to develop into regular weekly shifts with a consistent group of clients, allowing you to build genuine relationships and make a lasting difference.
About the role
- Community access and social support
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Personal care (where required)
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals and live as independently as possible
Essential requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Caring, professional and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently
Highly regarded
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or equivalent)
- Previous disability support experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
