National Pharmacies has an exciting opportunity as Health Services Coordinator, either Full time or 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
The Health Services Coordinator is accountable for coordinating and supporting the operational administrative and compliance activities across National Pharmacies’ Health Services portfolio, including Optical, Sleep Apnoea, Naturopathy and allied health services. The role contributes operational excellence through service administration, practitioner support, reporting, compliance coordination, policy and procedure management, pricing administration and stakeholder communication.
About the Role
Health Services Admin, Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate administrative activities across all Health Services programs and service lines.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and operational information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for the Health Services team.
- Compile service performance information and operational data.
- Support pricing updates and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all administrative activities.
Policy, Procedure & Compliance
- Maintain Health Services policies, procedures, SOPs, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate document reviews and compliance requirements.
- Support recalls, price upgrades, audits, and governance activities.
- Ensure policies remain current and compliance activities are completed within required timeframes.
Practitioner & Store Support
- Provide administrative support to practitioners and Health Services teams.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and maintain practitioner records.
- Respond to store and practitioner enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support positive onboarding experiences and ongoing practitioner engagement.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate communication between practitioners, stores, suppliers, and support office teams.
- Support vendor administration and supplier relationships.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the business.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, healthcare, allied health, or service operations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- An understanding of compliance, governance, and quality processes (desirable).
Qualifications and/or experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Relevant administration, coordination or operational support experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience within health, pharmacy, optical or allied health environments desirable.
Special conditions
- Out of standard hours’ work may be required.
- Interstate or intrastate travel may be required.
- Store and practitioner site visits may be required.
