ABOUT THE JOB
Are you looking for your next challenge in your career? Does the prospect of working with major global brands excite you? We have an exciting opportunity for a Computer Technician to be based in our Banyo Office on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a key member of our technician team, you will be responsible for proficient ASUS device repairs and take full pride in your work.
ABOUT YOU
With your experience and drive you will add value with total support of our team.
You will possess extensive experience in triaging, diagnosing and repairing faulty IT products including notebooks, desktops and tablets ensuring they are restored to optimal functionality. You will be autonomous in utilising software to track jobs, order parts and report. You will be key teammate and work closely with your Customer Experience team to liaise with manufacturers and other repairers to complete repairs and will manifest and organise products within the workshop to maintain the optimal working environment to name a few!
To ensure your success you will also have:
- Prior experience in a similar role (highly desired)
- Current WWCC, or the willingness to obtain one
- Experience repairing multiple brands, including ASUS (advantageous)
- IT savviness
- A high level of accountability
- The ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service
- Have a passion or interest for new and existing technologies
- Necessary qualifications
