Position Purpose
The Sales & Administration Assistant supports the sales, customer service and administrative functions of the business while developing product knowledge and industry experience through ongoing training.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
· Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
· Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
· Provide product recommendations and information.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
· Assist with customer issue resolution.
Administration
· Data entry and record maintenance.
· Maintain customer records and databases.
· Assist with purchasing and supplier communications.
· General office administration duties.
· Support management with projects and business initiatives.
Warehouse & Operations Support
As we operate as a small business, employees are expected to contribute across multiple areas of the business as required.
Duties may include:
· Picking and packing customer orders.
· Dispatch and freight preparation.
· Receiving and checking incoming goods.
· Stock control and inventory management.
· Product assembly and quality checks.
· Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
· Assisting with trade show preparations.
· Conducting occasional deliveries or collections.
Employees may be required to undertake reasonable duties outside their primary role provided they are safe, lawful and within the employee’s skills, competence and training.
Skills & ExperienceEssential

Physical Requirements
The role may involve light to moderate manual handling activities including lifting, packing and moving products in accordance with safe work procedures.
Driver’s Licence & Transport
A current Australian driver’s licence is required.
A manual driver’s licence is preferred due to occasional delivery requirements; however, an automatic licence is acceptable.
Employees must have reliable transport to travel to and from work.

Pay: $56,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
