Job summary..
We are seeking applications from motivated hospitality management professionals to fill a Full-Time Duty Manager role Ingleburn RSL. The ideal candidate is someone who is a real team player with a passion for developing and maintaining relationships. This is a key role that is more than just a Duty Manager position, it is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that is focused on delivering superior customer experiences to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Day to day co-ordination and oversight of Club Operations.
- Ensuring compliance in line with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, WHS Act, AML/CTF & RSA/RCG Legislation obligations.
- Responsible Gaming Officer (RGO) responsibilities with strong focus on harm minimisation.
- Staff performance management, coaching and appraisals in line with Team Handbook, Club policy & procedure.
- Championing our culture both personally and through our Culture Champions Reward & Recognition Program.
- Attendance and contribution to Duty Manager team meetings.
- Administrative duties i.e. Shift, Accident, Incident & Staff reporting
About you..
- Tertiary Hospitality Management qualifications (or equivalent proven experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a Duty Manager role (ideally in a Club environment).
- Leadership qualities, ability to inspire, motivate and develop the team.
- Ability to assess, make quick decisions and delegate in an environment with conflicting priorities.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Driven to meet set KPI’s.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- RSA/RCG + Advanced RCG qualifications are essential.
- Australian National Police & WWC Checks (willing to acquire)
- TAB Compliance, Senior First Aid & Food Safety Supervisor certificates
- Available to work a rotating roster across day, mid & night shifts.
- Own reliable car is essential.
