Boilermaker Tradesperson - Leading Hand Role Farleigh Mill
Permanent opportunity for a qualified Boilermaker stepping into a Leading Hand role within our Maintenance team at Farleigh Mill. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small crew while carrying out fabrication and mechanical maintenance across our factory plant. You’ll play a key role in keeping the Mill and supporting infrastructure operating safely and efficiently.

Skills and Experience
Reporting directly to the site Maintenance Supervisor, you will be leading the Fabrication Maintenance team, with a focus on meeting and challenging the status quo when it comes to safety, innovation, and quality.
As a minimum you will hold and / or maintain the following Qualifications and Licenses:

Engineering Trade Qualification (Fabrication)

Experience in heavy industry repair and maintenance is desirable although not essential.

An excellent focus on safety and a strong commitment to the health and wellbeing of all work colleagues

Industrial plant and supervisory experience would be an advantage, however, is not critical.

Effective communication skills and be driven by systems, processes, and discipline.

Valid Australian driver’s licence
You will be a person that is comfortable with working in a continuous improvement environment, and you will:
