The Role
Join MiCare as an Enrolled Nurse and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care, monitor residents' health, administer medications, and contribute to individualised care plans in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.

Monitor, document and report changes in residents' health.

Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Support a positive, professional and resident-focused care environment.
What You'll Bring

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of the NMBA Enrolled Nurse Standards for Practice.

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.

Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills.

A compassionate, resident-centred approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment.
