Job Description:Test Lead – TMS Migration Program - Responsible for end‑to‑end quality assurance for a Transportation Management System (TMS) migration program, with a strong focus on data migration validation, integrations testing, and business‑critical regression coverage.
The role requires deep experience in managing complex, multi‑system test programs, coordinating across business, data, integration, and vendor teams, and ensuring the solution is production‑ready with zero material risk during cutover.• Proven experience as Test Lead for data heavy transformation programs
- Strong hands on understanding of:
- ETL and data migration testing
- Data reconciliation and validation techniques
- Experience testing complex system integrations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent defect management and stakeholder communication skills
- Transportation Management Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP TM, Manhattan)
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight, or Network Operations
- Large, mission‑critical enterprise platforms
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Ability to challenge readiness assumptions with data‑driven evidence
- Confidence to provide clear Go / No‑Go recommendations
