About the Role
Help shape the future of healthcare by partnering with leaders to embed Safe and Connected across CALHN. You'll guide improvement, build capability and turn ideas into practical solutions that strengthen services, enhance patient care and deliver lasting results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead improvement across diverse services
- Coach teams to solve complex challenges
- Build capability and shared ways of working
- Facilitate workshops and practical support
- Use data to drive better performance
- Develop project plans and deliver outcomes
- Partner with leaders to embed Safe and Connected
- Share insights to strengthen continuous improvement
About You
You’re someone who combines strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence others. You’re naturally curious, enjoy tackling complex operational challenges and are comfortable working in ambiguity, where there are rarely simple answers. You build credibility quickly with clinicians, managers and frontline teams, facilitate productive conversations, and help people identify and implement practical improvements. Rather than driving change through authority, you influence, coach and build capability so that improvements are owned and sustained by the people closest to the work.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring the ability to:
- Lead service improvement across complex environments
- Build trusted partnerships and influence others
- Coach teams to solve problems and improve outcomes
- Use data to guide decisions and measure success
- Qualification in health or project field desirable
