About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Ringwood. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of wastewater treatment plants. The role combines data analysis, site-based service, compliance monitoring, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on delivering reliable solutions and measurable value.
Core Elements of the Role
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer, both remotely and on-site.
- Optimise plant performance through process control strategies and chemical dosing systems.
- Monitor compliance and respond effectively to alarms and operational issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, performance reports, manuals, and training materials.
- Support commissioning of new systems and deliver training for site personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical).
- 3–5 years’ experience in water or wastewater treatment (industrial and/or municipal).
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater technologies, chemical dosing, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability in data analysis, troubleshooting, and report writing.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently in a small team.
- Practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to work on-site.

Pay: $80,723.06 – $130,000.97 per year
