Jurien Bay Beach Café is a busy foreshore venue serving locals, travellers, and families year‑round. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the front‑of‑house team, and maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café and restaurant service
- Lead, train, and support FOH staff
- Maintain smooth workflow during peak periods
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace compliance
About You
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and hands-on
- Able to work weekdays and weekends
