About the Role
Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Project Managers, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and site teams to coordinate project activities, support resource planning, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with client expectations.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Support Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of project activities, ensuring schedules, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Coordinate project mobilisation activities, ensuring personnel, equipment, methodologies, and documentation are prepared prior to project commencement.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate labour, plant, and equipment requirements to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and review of project methodologies, equipment spreads, and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards and report any areas of non-compliance.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
- Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with commercial project activities including estimates, variations, order book management, and invoicing requirements.
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual and client requirements
Requirements & Experience Needed
- Tertiary qualification or trade background in a relevant field, or a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience within the Oil & Gas industry, including project supervision experience.
- Proven experience managing projects within time, budget, and safety expectations.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant service lines and operational requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, performance-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead by example and promote a strong safety culture.
