To be successful you’ll have:
· Experience using commercial grade knives
· Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
· Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team
· Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
· Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
