We are seeking new talent to join our rapidly growing team and are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Regulatory team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for the development, approval, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Prepare application dossiers and track through regulatory systems, communicating with officials, manufacturing sites or distributors, to facilitate evaluation processes in a timely manner

Review and approve labelling, marketing and promotional material for regulation and code compliance in line with compliance with the relevant country’s legislation

Maintain regulatory documentation and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Monitor all compliance development for upcoming legislative changes and communicate accordingly across the business to maximise opportunities and minimise risks

Ensure appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of company products to control product safety and efficacy

Maintain local and international regulatory frameworks

Prepare regulatory documentation for ensuring compliance for specified local and international regulatory bodies
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field

Previous experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (Preferable but not essential)

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
