We currently have an opportunity for a Specialist Technical Suite Trainer to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical training and operational performance within a healthcare environment. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity located at the Royal Adelaide Hospital
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Deliver engaging, high-quality training across technology suites to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing capability uplift for staff through structured and supportive training programs
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure training aligns with service delivery needs
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Promote a culture of learning, safety, and inclusive practice across the team
What You’ll Bring
Enrolled Nurse qualification with relevant clinical experience
Confidence in delivering training or facilitating learning in a healthcare or technical environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse teams
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others to grow and succeed
