We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar Person to join the team at the Royal Hotel.
If you enjoy working with people, can provide great old-fashioned country hospitality and don’t mind getting stuck in when things get busy, we’d love to hear from you.
The role includes:
- Serving drinks and providing friendly customer service
- Bar setup, cleaning and general duties
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming bar
- Following RSA and liquor licensing requirements
- Helping create a great atmosphere for our locals and visitors
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, outgoing and dependable
- Has a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Is available for evening and weekend shifts
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
- Has bar or hospitality experience — preferred, but not essential for the right person
Experience isn't everything.
Personality, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
Casual position with shifts available across our trading week.
