We are looking for a motivated and organised Parts Inventory Controller to join our team at our Perth branch and support stores, parts, and inventory operations. This role involves managing stock levels across the main store and service vehicles, processing purchase orders, coordinating stock transfers, and supporting day-to-day parts administration activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processing of parts within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the following.
- Manage stock and administration for the main store and service vehicles.
- Coordinate and source inter-branch stock transfers.
- Prepare and process purchase order entries.
- Receive surplus parts from service vans back into the central store.
- Assist with monthly cyclic stock counts for the main store and service vans.
- Process internal and retail jobs in Great Plains in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily job processing targets as set by the Parts Manager.
- Receive purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders.
- Run re-order reports to replenish central store stock and place supplier orders.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.
- Good understanding of administrative duties.
- Understanding of customer relations and customer business processes.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
