The Opportunity:
- Liaising with customers to assess their needs, then recommend and sell them the appropriate parts.
- Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers.
- Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices.
- Maintain a clean and presentable parts department, including showroom, entrance, parts receival and storage areas.
- Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you excel at communicating effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Problem-solving is your forte, and you enjoy the challenge of identifying and interpreting parts for customers.
- Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain.
- You’re eager to contribute to a dynamic team and are committed to delivering top-notch service in the agricultural machinery industry.
