We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time OOSH Educator to join our team in delivering high-quality before and after school care, and vacation care programs.
About the Role
You will:
Support the delivery of engaging, child-led educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework
Foster positive, respectful relationships with children aged 5–12 years
Supervise children across indoor and outdoor environments
Facilitate active play, creative experiences, sports, cooking, and group projects
Contribute to a collaborative, reflective team culture
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies
About You
You are:
Warm, energetic, and confident working with school-aged children
Able to work split shifts (before and/or after school)
Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
Committed to child safety and safeguarding practices
Essential Requirements
Valid Working With Children Check (NSW)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with children in education, care, sport, or community settings
Understanding of child protection obligations and mandatory reporting
