Your new role
Reporting into the broader customer and sales support function, this role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end customer journey across residential developments. Acting as the key point of contact, you will support clients through pre‑settlement, settlement and post‑settlement stages, ensuring a smooth, professional and positive experience.This is a client‑facing coordination role that will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple stakeholders and working within a structured, process‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the customer journey

Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email and personalised correspondence

Engage with internal client databases to nurture and manage ongoing relationships

Contact clients to schedule appointments and provide relevant information

Liaise with lawyers regarding contracts of sale and settlement documentation

Support sales staff and channel agents with appointment coordination

Liaise with local, interstate and international sales agents as required

Coordinate with marketing to support EDM campaigns and client communications

Prepare and send introduction, update and congratulatory emails

Manage incoming enquiries and provide timely, professional responses

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
What you'll need to succeed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients by phone and email

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service

A positive, calm and solution‑focused approach

Experience in customer relations, client services, property, real estate, conveyancing or legal administration will be highly regarded.
