Male Disability Support Worker (ABN) - Doncaster
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, positive and engaging male support worker to support a 13-year-old participant in Doncaster. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine connections with young people and can provide mentorship, guidance and community access support.
Days Required
Mondays and Wednesdays
Casual ongoing position
ABN Contractor
Pay $45 per hour (ABN)
Responsibilities
Build a positive and supportive relationship with the participant
Support community access and social activities
Encourage independence and confidence-building
Provide guidance and act as a positive role model
Assist the participant in developing social and life skills
Complete brief session notes when required
About You
Male support worker aged approximately 20–30 years (preferred)
Friendly, patient and easy to connect with
Reliable
Able to engage with teenagers and build rapport
Experience in disability support, youth work or similar roles is desirable

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR
