The Head Teacher Administration is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the administrative systems and processes that underpin effective teaching, learning and student wellbeing at Cronulla High School. Key aspects of the role include timetabling and scheduling, the coordination of the school's digital student management systems, and the ongoing development of innovative approaches to student data tracking and monitoring processes.

Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing complex administrative processes, including timetabling and the coordination of a range of whole school systems, to maximise student learning, wellbeing and attendance outcomes.
Highly developed flexible and responsive problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills, which facilitate creative solutions for whole school operations.
Demonstrated leadership of evaluation for continuous improvement, using data-informed practice to streamline organisational efficiency.
Demonstrated capacity to lead collaboratively as a member of the executive team, strategically contributing to the School Excellence Plan to drive measurable whole-school improvement.
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams
4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents
5. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning
6. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy
