In this role, you'll:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Finance within an S/4HANA environment with more than 5 years of experience and minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation. . The role focuses on delivering end-to-end functional solutions, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Finance processes such as such as AR/AP/Banking/Treasury/REFX/Asset and management accounting reports, in product costing and overhead recovery. Experience in data warehouse reporting and analytic, strong integration experience in cross functional module like logistic, SD, HCM, EPPM and technology exposure like SAP CPI, middleware is an advantage.
You will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, ensuring requirements are translated into scalable solutions, change request enhancements, testing and IT governance change management.
You will be acting as a ‘SME’ for questions relating to existing process solutions. Provide innovation in effectively utilizing standard design process, principles and services to optimize outcomes to improve assurance around design governance.
Develops and reviews processes for new business initiatives involving administration and evaluating impact of those changes plus process improvement initiatives.
Evaluate business requirements and proposed solution design in alignment with core finance process, reduce technical debts and promote best practice process.

About you
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EHS/EHSM and S/4HANA Finance, with strong configuration and implementation experience. Demonstrated capability in bringing proven experience delivering both standard and integrated solutions, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical system outcomes.
Experience with tools like ServiceNow, HPQC, ChaRM, and Solution Manager is essential, with desirable exposure to SAP ABAP, UI5, Fiori, Security roles and related technologies. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Finance processes and analytics are key to success in this role.
