The Opportunity
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Investment & Business Development Manager to support our expansion into the Chinese investor market.
This role focuses on investor engagement, and international business development, understanding and supporting large-scale property developments across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business strategies targeting Chinese investor markets (overseas and within Australia)
· Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investor groups
· Present property development investment opportunities to prospective investors
· Support capital raising and investor onboarding processes
· Work closely with internal teams on marketing, sales, and funding strategies
· Represent SIG Group at events, roadshows, and investor meetings
· Undertake domestic and international travel as required
About You
· Fluent in Mandarin (essential for client-facing requirements)
· Demonstrated strong understanding of the Chinese property investment market and investor networks
· Experience in property, construction, investment, finance, or business development in both Chinese and Australian real estate market (preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across international markets
· Willing and able to travel internationally between China and Australia
· Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, or be eligible for relevant Australian visa
