We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor to join our beautiful service at Kurmond. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated early childhood educators to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful service and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational programs. It is a purpose built centre in a natural setting. We have 4 rooms and large outdoor nature based play area. Our centre has a homely feel and it is very warm and welcoming.
About the role
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring high quality program and environment is provided to the children and educators.
- Managing the budgets and financials of the center.
- Developing strong and positive relationships with the community, children and the families.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and train staff.
- Creating a safe and stimulating and positive environment for the development of children.
- Implement and monitor health, safety and risk management strategies.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with the team members.
- Managing the compliance of the service in relation to National Law and Regulations.

Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Strong leadership and management qualities
- Previous experience in management of the serviced
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Child Protection Training
- Good Communication Skills and Ability to work in a team environment.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Protection

Pay: $80,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
