The role
As an IT Operations Management Specialist, you'll help shape how we manage and improve the digital services that support our people, communities and critical government functions across NSW. Working across a complex and evolving technology environment, you'll play a key role in improving visibility of systems, infrastructure and service dependencies so teams can make informed decisions, respond to issues faster and deliver reliable services.
You'll use your expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB to solve complex challenges, strengthen operational intelligence and improve the quality and reliability of service data. Working closely with service owners, technical specialists and stakeholders, you'll help drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service visibility, support better operational outcomes and contribute to a more connected and resilient digital environment.

What you will bring to the role
- A passion for using technology to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes
- Strong experience building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
